What Is Meal Prep?
Meal prepping is the process of preparing meals ahead of time to save time and support healthier eating choices. Planning in advance can help with portion control and other nutritional goals. Instead of relying on frozen dinners, let us provide you with freshly made meals every week—so you can simplify your life and make more time for the things that matter.
2
How Does This Work?
Getting started is simple:
Decide how many meals you’d like.
Choose which meals you’d like to replace for the week.
Sit back while we cook everything fresh and have it ready for pickup or delivery on Sunday!
3
Store Hours
We are open on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Simple as that.
4
Pickup Option
Pre-orders can be picked up on Sundays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.—you don’t need to worry about the time you selected when ordering. Farley’s mission is to bring health and convenience to your home, so go enjoy those last-minute brunch plans and swing by for pickup afterward! No need to let us know.
If those times don’t work for you, just reach out ahead of time and we’ll do our best to make accommodations.
5
Delivery Option
We offer Sunday delivery within a 40-mile radius of our store. Delivery routes begin as early as 8:00 a.m. and may run through 3:30 p.m. Please note that these times are approximate and subject to change. On Friday, you will receive a 1.5-hour delivery window via text from us! We ask that you respond to this text in a timely manner so that we can confirm your delivery as well as include any delivery instructions that can be left for our driver. Any non-confirmed delivery attempt with no response at the door will be returned to the shop to protect your foods quality and safety. At that point you will have to arrange a pick-up from our location.
If you need to avoid a specific time, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it. We require a two-hour window of “wiggle-room” for your delivery in case the driver runs behind or experiences any traffic or other delays.
We keep our delivery service in-house to avoid third-party fees and keep our prices as low as possible for our customers.

Uh-Oh! Not Going to Be Home During Your Delivery Window?
No problem! We offer several solutions to keep your meals safe and fresh:
Cooler & Ice Packs – Leave a cooler with ice packs outside your home for our driver to place your meals in. Perfect if you’ll only be away for a short time.
Refrigerator Access – Provide access to an indoor or garage refrigerator. Our driver will place your meals inside and securely lock up behind them.
Purchase a Delivery Bag – Buy a delivery bag and ice packs directly through us. We’ll place your meals inside so they stay fresh for several hours.
Friend or Neighbor Pickup – Arrange for someone you trust to be available during your delivery window to receive your meals on your behalf.
If you have another preferred method, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Why Are We Only Open on Sundays?
We’ve designed our business model this way for three main reasons:
Freshness – All meals are cooked and plated on Saturday, so when you receive them on Sunday, they’re as fresh as possible.
Affordable Pricing – By limiting operating hours and avoiding excess production, we reduce overhead costs. This allows us to keep our prices lower for you!
Less Waste – Our one-day model means we produce only what’s needed, cutting down on food waste while passing those savings along to our customers.
*Not-So-Fun Fact: In the U.S. alone, approximately 92 billion pounds of food are wasted each year. We want to do our part to not contribute to this growing issue if possible

What Is the Grab-and-Go?
Our Grab-and-Go section is a set of in-store refrigerators stocked with freshly prepared meals available every Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We recommend stopping by earlier in the day for the best selection. However, we also restock somewhere between 11AM-12PM to ensure plenty of options are available. Please feel free to give us a call to check and see if we have items left before heading our way!
Please note that all Grab-and-Go meals are pre-made and not made to order.

Tipping at Farley’s
How does tipping work for delivery?
When you tip on a delivery order, your driver receives 100% of the tip. Our drivers arrive hours before your delivery to hand-pick your items, check any modifications you’ve requested, and make sure everything is accurate, clean, and ready on time. Much like a server, drivers rely on and greatly appreciate your tips!
How are tips handled in the store (front of house)?
Tips at the register and for pre-order take-outs are divided among all front-of-house staff—from employees ringing up customers to those handing you the correct bags and picking items from the cooler before daylight. All tips go directly to the staff providing your service.
Can I tip the kitchen staff?
Absolutely! We’ve added a “Tip the Kitchen” option on the menu. These tips go directly to the kitchen staff and are divided equally. While they may not interact directly with customers, they take care to weigh, measure, and prepare all your items accurately—including any custom modifications. This is a way for customers to show gratitude for the work they put into every meal.
Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated!
11
Do You Cater to Certain Diets?
We don’t follow one specific diet plan, but our goal is to provide delicious, healthy meals for the everyday person. Many of our meals naturally fit into keto-friendly, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or low-calorie diets… or can be modified to do so. If you have specific needs or requests, just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
12
How Long Do the Meals Last?
Our meals stay fresh for 5–6 days after delivery when properly stored. Please note:
Salads, soups, and seafood have a shorter shelf life and should be enjoyed by Friday.
All other meals are best consumed by Saturday.
For maximum freshness, store meals at 40°F or below immediately after delivery until you’re ready to heat and enjoy them.
13
Can the Meals Be Frozen?
We don’t recommend freezing, as it can affect quality and texture (since we use no preservatives). However, some customers have had success with freezing. If you do choose to freeze:
Avoid meals with high-water content ingredients (e.g., cucumbers, zucchini noodles, cauliflower).
Place the entire container inside a gallon-sized Ziploc bag before freezing.
Allow the meal to thaw for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator before reheating according to the instructions on the container.
14
It’s My First Time. How Much Should I Order?
We suggest planning based on how many meals you want to replace in a 5-day period:
Replacing breakfast and lunch? Choose 5 meals plus a few additional breakfast items.
Replacing lunch and dinner? Plan for 8–10 meals.
Consider any upcoming events like dinners, luncheons, or parties to avoid waste. As we like to say, “it’s better to miss us than to throw us out.”
15
How Big Are the Meals?
Salads: 4 oz of protein
Entrees: 4–5 oz of protein, with varying amounts of vegetables
Our meals are designed to fill you up—healthy eating doesn’t mean eating less!
16
Can I Add or Substitute Ingredients?
Absolutely! We encourage creativity. At Farley’s, you can customize almost anything on the menu, as long as the ingredient you’re swapping in is also on our menu. This includes swapping one veggie for another, changing proteins, adding or removing ingredients, or swapping a complex-carb for a veggie (or vice versa).
Some items cannot be modified, and when that’s the case, it’s clearly noted at the bottom of the menu item description.
17
What does the P, C, & F mean on my container?
These are your Macros. P stands for grams of Protein. C stands for grams of carbohydrates. F stands for grams of Fat. We also display the calorie and fiber content as well as sodium on most items. This information is great if you are counting calories or monitoring your protein or carbohydrate intake.
18
What about the GF, DF, K and V on the menu?
DF - Dairy Free
V - Vegan
VEG - Vegetarian
GF - Gluten Free
K - Keto
19
How do I heat the meals?
Our containers are microwave safe and BPA free. Leave the lid of the container on when microwaving to help create even heating throughout. The cooking time is suggested on each container, but this may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage.
All you have to remember is to remove any of our sauce containers.
